*All orders are shipped through the USPS.

* Overseas and Canadian shipping is not reflected in the shipping calculations. I will e-mail you with a quote.

*6.5% Sales tax is collected from Minnesota addresses.

*Credit cards and transfers are welcome through PayPal. You no longer need an account to use this free service.

*Personal checks and Money Orders are welcome with prior approval. Payment must be received within 10 business days. Product will ship once check has cleared. To speed up delivery, you can use your checking account through PayPal.

*I stand behind my work. However, due to the nature of glass, beads do break. Repair services are listed below.

*All work is copyrighted, including the patterns, pictures, and web pages. That means no copying !!!!

Repair Services

Shipping of goods back to me will be your responsibility.

Barrettes: Free repairs within the first 2 years.

Purses: Free repairs on the body of the bag for the first two years. Free repairs in the fringe for the first year.

Ornaments: Replacement balls are available for a fee. Please see “Ornament Blanks” for color availability and current prices.

Free repairs are offered to those who have been respecting their purchase. I am not responsible for the damage your pet, child or any unusual use has done to your purchase.
